Haix Trekker Mountain 2.0 cut protection boots

Upper oiled nubuck leather, hydrophobic and breathable (7.0 mg/cm²/h), 2.6 - 2.8 mm thick cut protection. Cut protection level 1 (20 m/sec.), according to EN ISO 17249:2013 + AC:2014. Lining made of GORE-TEX® Performance; waterproof and breathable. Highly abrasion-resistant lining with fleece interlayer provides optimum climate comfort for all seasons with the highest demands and increased chemical protection.

Synthetic/fleece insole is moisture-absorbing, dimensionally stable, torsion-resistant, and reduces selective pressure (e.g. from stones). Anatomically shaped insole with very good moisture absorption and quick drying, replaceable and washable.

HAIX® protective steel toe cap is anatomically shaped and made of steel for the highest safety requirements. HAIX® protective sole features a flexible, metallic, light, and penetration-resistant sole insert.

HAIX® CO system offers pressure relief, cushioning, correction of foot position, body straightening, and muscle balance. The rubber outsole has a tried-and-tested street/terrain profile, is abrasion-resistant and non-slip, with a large, sloping tread surface for increased rolling comfort. The rubber sole provides excellent insulation against cold and heat, is heat and fuel resistant, and non-marking, according to EN ISO 20345:2011.

The HAIX Climate System uses the pumping movement that occurs when walking to transport moisture to the ventilation openings on the shaft and tongue.

Miscellaneous features include an integrated heel bend, easy-running lacing elements with clamping hooks, rubber overcap, no side seams, the possibility of screwing in spikes, and a pull-on loop.
