The Hager ARC566D is a state-of-the-art Arc Fault Detection Device (AFDD) combined with a circuit breaker (MCB) for use in electrical installations. This device provides comprehensive fire protection for circuits not protected by RCDs and meets the requirements of DIN EN 62606 (VDE 0665-10). With a tripping characteristic of C and a rated current of 16 A, the ARC566D is designed for mounting on a DIN rail and offers easy individual removal from the phase rail assembly. The electronic residual current measurement with a sensitivity of 300 mA ensures increased safety. The protective switch is equipped with touch protection according to IP2x and features a blue test button as well as an AFD trip indicator, enhancing user-friendliness. Additionally, the device allows for labeling directly on the unit, facilitating identification and documentation.
