The Timer Box II is designed to switch multiple inductive loads, such as high-pressure lamps with high inrush current, on and off simultaneously. It activates a contactor/relay for 4x600W loads. In models with a heating socket, it turns on when the light is off (energy management). A thick 2.5 mm² power cable keeps the cable temperature low over a runtime of 12-18 hours.

A rechargeable battery in the timer allows it to operate for 36 hours without a power supply. We strongly recommend charging the battery at least once a year. The battery comes with a limited warranty of 14 months from the production date by GRÄSSLIN. All other components have a warranty of 24/36 months after sale. The mechanical timer (GRÄSSLIN) has a return rate of 2%. We recommend using the Timer Box IV, which has a return rate of under 0.5%.
