Sensotec LED System 55, with remote control, pure white silk matte finish. The detection utilizes the Doppler effect, similar to speed measurement in road traffic. Movement detection can also occur through non-shielding materials. For example, a single Sensotec could cover toilet facilities.

Features: Touchless switching prevents contamination. This eliminates the risk of contamination by viruses and bacteria from the user. Detection in both near and far ranges depends on the reflective surface, the speed, and type of object (person, animal, object, etc.). Metal frames influence the detection range. Extension of the detection range through additional units. Additional unit operation with toggle switch.

Requires an IR remote control for operation and to set various functions. Individual brightness value and delay time possible (Teach function). Sensitivity of the remote detection is adjustable. Installation in a deep device box. Complies with the guidelines of the VDI VDE 6008 Part 3.

The Sensotec LED is an active motion detector. It detects movements in the detection area independently of temperature and switches the LED orientation light on, depending on the ambient brightness. Movement in the near range, for example, turns on the room lighting. The switching brightness of the LED orientation light is adjustable.
