It reliably recognizes fingers that may have been slightly injured during activities like gardening (only the top layer of skin is affected). Data protection is ensured through encryption methods. The response time from placing the finger to granting access is approximately 1 second for up to 30 stored fingers and about 3 seconds for up to 99 stored fingers.
