The lounge impresses with its size, design, and weather resistance. The fabric covering of the lounge is made from a water-repellent Sunbrella fabric, and the interior is made of Quickdry Foam. Both materials have been specially developed for outdoor use and are weather-resistant. Sunbrella fabric has the unique advantage of allowing very little water to penetrate and being highly water-repellent. Due to this property, the fabric is also dirt-resistant and does not absorb dirt. This prevents stains, and everything else can be washed off easily. Quickdry Foam is one of the fast-drying foams specifically designed for outdoor use. The key advantage is that water can escape freely from the foam and does not accumulate as it typically would in regular foam. The minuscule amount of water that comes into contact with the lounge dries within 2 hours, depending on the weather. Mold formation (anti-microbial) and unpleasant odors caused by moisture are a thing of the past with QDF. Additionally, QDF is extremely shape-stable; the typical indentations at the seating areas are barely visible even under extreme load over a period of one year. The backrests can be folded up and down and can be adjusted individually to your needs thanks to the click-clack system. The seat cushions are 20 cm thick. The wood is made from a plastic composite and is 100% weather-resistant. Despite the plastic (Polywood), it closely resembles real teak wood. Despite these incredible properties, we recommend protecting the lounge with a cover during prolonged periods of non-use and in winter to prevent unnecessary soiling.
