The sheet metal deburring drill is an essential tool for processing thin sheets, pipes, and profiles. Its special design allows for burr-free drilling and reaming in a single operation. The diameter of the drill is laser-sintered in the groove, ensuring the highest precision and durability. A special shank prevents slipping in the drill chuck. The straight grooving of the drill provides a clean cut and burr-free holes. The sheet metal deburring drill is suitable for processing steel sheets (0.1-2 mm), stainless steel sheets (V2A) (0.1-1 mm), plastics (up to 10 mm), and non-ferrous metals (0.1-5 mm). Additionally, it is surface-hardened, increasing the hardness to over 1000 HV. The Tenifer coating provides extra corrosion protection and wear resistance. The sheet metal deburring drill can be used in both handheld and stationary drilling machines.
