Product details

This machine tap is suitable for cutting metric ISO standard threads according to DIN 13 in materials such as steel, cast iron, and aluminum. The tap is made of HSS-E, a proven material for high cutting power and durability. The C form with a 15° right-hand spiral flute ensures clean chip removal and precise results. The tolerance class ISO 2 6H guarantees a perfect fit for the thread. The tap can be used in blind holes as well as through holes. The short shank provides high stability and prevents the tap from bending.
