The Fischer hollow wall metal anchor HM-S is a versatile hollow wall anchor with a metric screw designed for all panel building materials. The anchor is installed using the Fischer HM-Z 1 mounting tool in a pre-insertion method. With the tool, the anchor is pulled into the hollow space against the panel material. The expansion arms then fold out and press against the back of the panel. Alternatively, installation with a screwdriver or cordless drill is also possible. The Fischer hollow wall metal anchor HM-S is suitable for mounting lights, towel holders, and curtain tracks indoors.

Advantages: Due to the extensive range, the HM is suitable for panel building materials with a thickness of 3-50 mm, making it applicable for a variety of uses. The metric internal thread allows for multiple loosening and fastening of the attachment, providing optimal flexibility. The expansion arms of the HM create a large contact surface, enabling high load capacity. The claws on the edge of the anchor penetrate the panel material, preventing the anchor from rotating and ensuring secure installation.

Functionality: The hollow wall metal anchor HM is suitable for pre-insertion installation. The choice of anchor must be matched to the thickness of the panel material to optimally allow for expansion in the hollow space. During installation, the expansion arms fold out and press against the back of the panel. The HM can be mounted with the installation tool. When using a cordless drill or screwdriver, the pre-mounted screw must first be removed. To screw in and expand the anchor, the attachment or a support object (max. 6 mm) must be used simultaneously as a rotation stop.
