The profiO₂ OxyLine 1.000 is manufactured with approximately 120,000 fine holes, with a diameter ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 mm, using a special production process to ensure an extremely fine distribution of oxygen. The perforated pores open at a minimal operating pressure between 0.80 and 1.00 bar, providing efficient oxygen supply. A particular application area of the profiO₂ OxyLine 1.000 is in wastewater and sewage technology, where its resistance to ozone, atmospheric factors, and saltwater makes it particularly versatile. With an inner diameter of 12 mm and an outer diameter of 19 mm, the profiO₂ OxyLine 1.000 is robust and durable. It is suitable for operating temperature ranges from -30 °C to a maximum of +130 °C. It can be used with oxygen, ozone, and CO2, and features a bubble size of less than 0.5 mm. These microbubbles increase the oxygen content while also improving circulation in the water. Microbubbles have a much larger surface area relative to their volume compared to regular bubbles, allowing them to absorb more oxygen and distribute it more efficiently in the water. Due to their smaller size, microbubbles move more slowly through the water than regular bubbles, enabling a more uniform distribution of oxygen throughout the container without disturbing the fish with strong currents. Microbubbles remain in the water longer and dissolve more slowly than regular bubbles.
