The Festool DTS 400 REQ-Plus delta sander is a compact delta sander that is characterized by fatigue-free overhead sanding. Weighing just 1.2 kg, it is a lightweight in its class. The newly developed MMC control electronics guarantee up to 25% higher removal rates at a consistently powerful speed, making sanding enjoyable and ensuring rapid progress. Thoughtful details make all the difference, including the integrated Longlife dust collection bag for dust-free work, Softgrip inserts in the handle area, and the protector edge protection for less reworking. The CLEANTEC connection system allows for the connection of a mobile dust extractor. Main applications include vertical and overhead work, one-handed sanding of edges and surfaces, sanding paint and varnish from window frames, sanding natural wood and veneers before varnishing, and sanding a variety of materials close to the edge.
