Versatile and adaptable, the adapter plate can be installed in a custom-built table frame or in the designated MFT hole plate. It features a continuously adjustable angle from 0 to 47°. This allows the machine to pivot within the table, enabling horizontal support of the workpiece during edge banding – ensuring comfortable and secure handling of large objects. The included glide guides ensure safe guidance of the workpiece. Perfect edge overhang when using the supplied glide guides. Quick and tool-free installation and removal of the edge bander. The machine is securely fixed in place by a sliding latch. An additional roller extends the pressure zone or is used for edge banding complex shapes. An adjustable guide stop allows for precise parallel feeding of the board when edge banding miters, preventing edge misalignment. A deflector keeps the inserted edge away from the workpiece area. The machine's start button is always optimally accessible. The Conturo is also suitable for stationary work. It can be easily integrated into the MFT/3 multifunction table or a custom-built table using this adapter plate. This not only allows for edge banding of straight edges or curves but also of angled edges with 90°-45° angles, as the Conturo can pivot from 90° to 45° in the stationary unit. The adapter plate for the edge bander comes complete with 15 glide guides and an additional roller.
