Soft start valves of the MS-DL series. Pneumatically actuated soft start valves from Festo's MS-DL series allow for a gradual increase in pressure upon activation, preventing sudden and irregular movements in the actuator. The valve utilizes a direct external pilot control for switching, and the switching can be adjusted based on the required time delay. A pressure gauge or sensor can be installed for system monitoring, and a modular connector for connection to MS4 or MS6 combination air preparation units is available. Features and benefits: Switching pressure approximately 50% of the set pressure, piston-diaphragm valve design, available with G1/4 or G1/2 connections, can be integrated into small distributors of the MS4 and MS6 series, non-reversible flow direction, installation in any position possible.
