Product description:

Due to the combination of titanium and nitrogen, this carbide plunge saw blade is the right choice for hard materials such as ferrous metals, stainless steel, or copper pipes. The TiN coating makes the saw blade suitable for hardened screws and high-strength machine screws. It is also ideal for abrasive materials such as brick, masonry, or cement fiberboards, as well as laminate, CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic), and GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic). Furthermore, the saw blade offers excellent cutting performance and cut quality in all wood materials, including hardwood and particleboard. It has a 100% longer service life compared to uncoated carbide saw blades and a 30 times longer lifespan compared to HSS saw blades. In addition to its very high hardness and resistance to acids and alkalis, titanium nitride poses virtually no danger, as it is non-flammable, non-toxic, and biocompatible. The narrow, tapered shape of the saw blade ensures optimal cutting speed and effective chip removal.
