Drill extension with a length of 400 mm for a 10 mm shank and a diameter of 16 mm. Made from alloyed tool steel, it features four clamping screws and is suitable for drilling deep holes. It can also be used for turning and is conditionally suitable for applications in hardwood, as it places high demands on the machine chuck. With long extensions, it allows drills to operate at slower speeds than indicated in the speed chart.
