Single-row angular contact ball bearings are self-contained units with solid outer and inner rings, as well as ball cages. The bearings are available in both open and sealed versions. Sealed variants are pre-greased for their lifetime. Different designs are marked by so-called suffixes:
- B = Modified internal structure
- JP = Steel sheet cage
- MP = Solid brass cage
- TVH/TVP = Plastic cage
- UA = Universal for paired installation, X and O arrangement with low axial play
- UO = Universal for paired installation, X and O arrangement with zero play
- UL = Universal for paired installation, X and O arrangement with slight preload
- P5 = Tolerance class
- 2RS = Double lip seals.
