The F1x features Swedish quality steel Elmax. Elmax is a highly alloyed powder steel known for its high corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Your X knife is the strongest, sharpest, and safest stainless steel knife produced by Fällkniven. It is designed to withstand all demands placed on it by human hands, meaning it is practically indestructible. However, this requires that you handle the knife carefully and use it as intended. The Thermorun handle scales on these models are attached with 3 Torx screws, allowing for removal if necessary, unlike regular models. One of the highlights of the Fällkniven X series is undoubtedly the completely newly developed Zytel sheath. Fällkniven has responded to a lot of customer feedback and developed a completely revised Zytel sheath. The knife is securely fixed in the Zytel sheath through a tipping mechanism.
