The Facom CPE series side cutters are made from high-performance materials selected for their resistance to workshop chemicals such as Skydrol (an advanced fire-resistant hydraulic fluid for aviation), chloroethane, acetone, and gasoline. They are constructed from an extremely durable chrome-molybdenum metal that is corrosion-resistant and maintains its strength even at high temperatures. The very hard cutting edges (61/63 HRc) allow for clean cutting of all types of wire: piano wire, soft wire, and modern materials. With a long lever arm and offset pivot point, minimal effort is required for cutting. The cutting tools comply with ISO 5749 and DIN standards. 192A.16CPE: Length: 160 mm, 192A.18CPE: Length: 180 mm.
