Allow repair of damaged or worn threads. High quality steel provides good internal threads that resist the effects of temperature and corrosion. Application: Drill out damaged thread, check thread and pitch, cut receiving thread in drilled out hole, install thread insert, unscrew driving tool and remove driving tang with tang breaker.
