Bolt-free shelving system, single-row, shelf dimensions 1000 x 400 mm, galvanized, height 2500 mm, base shelf.

This single-row shelving system has a load capacity of 150 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension screws on the cross braces. The shelf offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, certified with the RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

Extensive accessories are available, including galvanized back and side panels, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability through the box profile, with shelf holes on the front and back at 50 mm intervals for attaching shelf dividers. The shelf edge height is 25 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamp feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels must be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included and is required for each base shelf and every second extension shelf.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if the height exceeds five times the depth to prevent tipping with wall mounts. The maximum number of usable shelf dividers per shelf level is 17 pieces with a base width of 1000 mm. The load capacities apply to a uniform load distribution, and additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
