Eschenfelder Sunflower organic sprout seed

The sunflower seed with peel is a special germ seed. This is because the skin protects the kernels particularly well, and as a result they develop a finer and slightly sweet taste during germination. Compared to other sprouts from sunflower seeds, these seedlings do not get a bitter taste. Sunflower sprouts are rich in vitamins (B1, biotin & E), magnesium, manganese, iron, potassium, zinc and copper. They also have a high content of linoleic acid, lecithin and unsaturated fatty acids (25-40% oil) and attract the sunflower seeds in the sprout glass. Some bowls dissolve after 5-6 days and collect in the glass. You can easily remove them by tilting the sprouts into a bowl of water during the harvest (after 6-10 days). So the light bowls float on top and you can skim them off. If they haven't detached from the sprouts yet, you can also pluck them off with your fingers.
