Current limiting relay capacitive 230V/120 microfarad. 1 NO contact 10A/250VAC. No stand-by loss. For recessed mounting. 45mm long, 45mm wide, 18mm deep. Maximum capacitive load 120 microfarads after rectifier (e.g. energy saving lamps and electronic ballasts) or 60 microfarads directly on mains (e.g. parallel compensated fluorescent lamps). Limiting resistor 24 ohms, limiting duration approx. 15ms. The inrush current of energy-saving lamps, fluorescent lamps and compact fluorescent lamps is limited to 10A by briefly (approx. 15ms) connecting high-load resistors (24 Ohm). The current limiting relay is connected downstream of the relay contact of a switching device to be protected. Continuous load max. 600W, maximum switching frequency 600/h. Explanation of the capacitive load specification: The specification of the maximum capacitive load directly on the mains must be observed, e.g. for parallel-compensated fluorescent lamps or conventional ballasts. Here, the condensate lying parallel to the mains is decisive.
