The Elmag keyway broach set includes three precisely manufactured broaches with diameters of 10, 12, and 14 mm. This set is specifically designed for broaching hole profiles, including keyways, internal and external profiles, as well as complex shapes like taper hubs and tooth profiles. It is intended for use with drilling and milling machines that feature automatic height feed, or with hydraulic presses for larger hole profiles. The broaches are made from high-quality HSS, hardened and precision-ground, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and durability. The set is delivered in a sturdy wooden system case or wooden box, making storage and transport easy. It is ideal for machining workpieces made of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals, with an application limit of a hardness of HRC 35.
