Elmag - HSS Core Drill, 26x55mm

Fully hardened HSS-Co8 core drill with a cutting depth of 55 mm and a Weldon shank of 19 mm.

A. When the core drill is positioned, the coolant supply is activated via the ejector pin.
B. The rotation of the core drill directs the coolant to the desired locations.
C. At the end of the drilling process, the pre-tensioned pin ejects the core and the coolant supply is automatically stopped.

• Cutting speed Vc for aluminum non-ferrous metals: 25 - 30 mm
• Cutting speed Vc for steel < 500 N/mm²: 25 m/min
• Cutting speed Vc for steel < 700 N/mm²: 15 - 20 m/min
• Cutting speed Vc for steel < 1,000 N/mm²: 10 - 15 m/min
• Stainless steels: 10 - 15 m/min
• Cast iron: 15 - 20 m/min.
