IEC/EN 60947-5-1 Modular signal towers SL4, Eaton. The modular SL4 safety tower from Eaton increases the safety, productivity, and availability of your machines and devices. These new signal towers, with their attractive rounded shape, also feature a 100 dB acoustic module for improved audibility and IP66 mounting parts that are impermeable even to strong water jets. The new fast mounting and wiring system of the SL4 signal towers enables simple and fast change of the composition of the individual signal colors. The mounting adapter uses a bayonet socket so that the electrical wiring only needs to be connected once, allowing the lower part to remain on the machine. Various mounting options are available for applications with limited ceiling clearance or the need for different signals on the left or right side. Type approvals and certifications for Europe and North America have already been obtained; shipping classifications and CCC are still pending.
