The motor protection switch 158256 is a reliable device designed according to the IEC/EN60947 standards. It provides effective protection for electric motors through its adjustable overload and instantaneous short-circuit triggers. With a size of PKZM4, this switch is suitable for installation in various applications. The phase failure sensitive function ensures that the motor is immediately shut off in the event of a phase failure to prevent damage. The switch is designed for both screw and snap mounting and offers a rated operational voltage of up to 690V. With an IP20 protection rating, it is suitable for use in dry indoor environments and meets the requirements of VDE 0106 T. 100 regarding finger safety. Additionally, the switch is equipped with a lockable knob, providing enhanced security. Accessories such as auxiliary contacts and voltage release are also available to expand functionality.
