Dupli-Color Sprayplast

Surface design can be quickly changed with SPRAYPLAST stripping varnish. The appearance of rims, car parts, and other objects can be customized. If the paint is no longer desired, the previously sprayed film can be easily removed. SPRAYPLAST is suitable for designing rims and can also be applied to bare metal, all 2K paintwork, paintable hard plastics, and glass. It allows for large-area protective coating of car parts with a high layer thickness. However, we do not recommend using light SPRAYPLAST colors on rims, as aggressive brake dust is clearly visible and difficult to clean. To address this, you can repaint with SPRAYPLAST or protect it with a solvent-based clear coat. Avoid painting SPRAYPLAST on headlights, rear lights, or other polycarbonate surfaces. We recommend applying at least 5 coats. Depending on the size and structure of the rim, one can may be sufficient for up to 2 rims. A set packaging option is also available, which includes 2 cans, an adjustable spray head for large-area paintwork, and disposable gloves. After drying, the sprayed film can be painted over and remains removable, making it suitable for individual designs.

Coverage: 400 ml is sufficient for 0.2 - 0.3 m² (with 5 layers), depending on the condition and colour of the substrate.
Drying time (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity): Dust-dry: after 10 minutes; Firm grip: after 30 minutes; Dry through: after approximately 2 hours. Drying time may vary based on ambient temperature, air humidity, and applied layer thickness.
Temperature resistance: Up to 100°C
Shelf life/storage: 10 years if stored properly (10°-25°C, relative humidity max. 60%). Store in a frost-free environment.
