The intensity of the glow diminishes over time. A clear coat can slightly delay this effect. Suitable for metal, wood, glass, ceramics, Styrofoam, Eternit, concrete, stone, paper, cardboard, and paintable hard plastics (after priming with Dupli-Color Plastic Primer), flowers, etc. For painting Styrofoam surfaces, use the Dupli-Color Styrofoam Primer for surface preparation.
