4D Lamella System
A new lamella technology consisting of a combination of proven 3D lamellas with transverse lamellas to enhance grip. The combination of both types of lamellas also creates so-called micro-blocks, which, due to their flexibility, ensure even pressure distribution in the contact zone with the road and improved handling on snow.

Tread Compound with Functionalized Polymers
The rubber compound in the tread is in constant contact with the road. This mixture consists of a combination of different raw materials, such as polymers and fillers like carbon black or silica. The innovative functionalized polymer ensures efficient bonding of the fillers to the polymer chain. This results in uniform dynamic flexibility of the rubber compound over a wide temperature range, allowing for good grip of the tread on the road.
