The Dormer P803 solid carbide end mills feature cylindrical shapes with end cuts and produce double cuts. They are the first choice for general machining, improving control, increasing material removal rates, and breaking chips into manageable pieces. They have a shank made of hardened steel, which ensures rigidity and strength. This prevents bending and reduces vibrations for a longer tool life. Ground to h6 (carbide) and h7 (steel). Excellent impact toughness that withstands high forces and higher temperatures without failure. Special soldering elements provide outstanding soldering strength.
