The Dormer P801 solid carbide milling cutters have cylinders without end cuts and produce double cuts. They are the first choice for general machining, improving control, increasing chip removal volume, and breaking chips into manageable pieces. The milling cutters feature a shank made of hardened steel, which provides rigidity and strength. This prevents bending and reduces vibrations for a longer tool life. They are ground to h6 (carbide) and h7 (steel). The excellent impact toughness withstands high forces and resists higher temperatures without failure. Special soldering elements ensure outstanding soldering strength.
