Product details

Adjustable split die with coarse UNC thread 3/4″ and 10 threads per inch to reduce torque when cutting by hand. Split dies can be adjusted in small increments up to a maximum of approximately 0.006″. The dimensions conform to the BS 1127:1950 standard, with an outer diameter of 2″ and a thickness of 5/8″. HSS with a plain surface is suitable for threading in construction steel, carbon steel, ferritic stainless steel, gray cast iron, malleable cast iron, ductile iron, and compacted graphite iron. Additional technical specifications: Height 15.88, cutting material HSS, coating uncoated.
