Sun sail. For those seeking a solid yet airy shade for their garden or patio furniture, this triangular sail is an excellent alternative to a sun umbrella. Doppler equips its suspended sun protection with (tension) durable and lightfast polyester fabric (240 g/m²) featuring a high UV protection factor of 80+. According to standard 801, the sail fabric blocks up to 90% of UV radiation. In addition to its numerous anchoring options for sun protection, the sail can also be used as a privacy or wind screen. Thanks to a water-repellent impregnation, it can withstand heavy rain showers. With its sturdy double seams on the hem, rust-resistant stainless steel eyelets reinforced with webbing at the corners, and the three included tensioning ropes, the sun sail invites rigid installation as a suspended sunshade over terraces and balconies.
