Doepke Float switch

Float switches detect liquid levels and control pumps or trigger alarms at defined levels. The switches in this series can monitor up to two different limit levels. When the adjustable liquid level changes, the contacts open or close. An optional weight on the float cable allows for the adjustment of any liquid level. The switching hysteresis is fixed. A robust, impact-resistant housing protects the switch contact. The connection cable and float form a hermetically sealed unit. Switches in the L version, for example, empty liquid containers. The supply line of the GS variant is made of rubber and includes a protective conductor. Devices in the standard version are suitable for non-aggressive liquids.

Features: high switching reliability due to low-wear ball guidance, easy adjustment of the float position via an optionally available counterweight, housing material made of non-toxic PP, highly flexible chloroprene connection cable.

Applications: The main areas of application are pumps and drainage systems, wastewater or chemical industry, and anywhere reliable limit level detection of liquids is required.

Notes: not suitable for DC and low voltage, not suitable for use in drinking water.
