Dainese Imatra

The leather suit from Dainese is specially designed for the requirements of female racers. Imatra combines all the features of the legendary Dainese racing suits in a suit made of full-grain cowhide leather that has been specially developed for women. The design guarantees a perfect fit and ergonomics in the racing position. The exclusive Dainese Tri-Axial system on the back and elasticated leather inserts in three directions allow great freedom of movement and guarantee the same abrasion resistance as the other leather layers.

The XF Arrow fabric inserts behind the knees and on the wrists are as elastic and protective as leather and ensure optimum mobility on the arms and legs. Dainese stands for safety: composite protectors on the elbows and knees, soft Pro-Shape 2.0 hip protectors and the floating shoulder construction with composite protectors and aluminium plates are interchangeable and customisable.

The metal plates on the shoulders, a Dainese trademark and exclusive patent, help prevent slipping in the event of a fall, thus avoiding dangerous rollovers. This represents a significant difference to plastic materials, which wear out more through abrasion and exert more grip on the tarmac.

The revolutionary D-Tec Racing Core lining is easily removable and washable and guarantees optimum breathability and comfort, together with the perforations in the most strategic areas of the suit, which ensure optimum ventilation even on hot days. This suit is ready for the race: The RSS 3.0 system features wide sliders made from a blend of materials that are firmly anchored to the suit and easy to replace.
