The Avro 4 is equipped with removable and replaceable sliders at the knees and replaceable aluminum plates at the shoulders: a special Dainese technology that supports and facilitates sliding in the event of a fall, thus preventing dangerous tumbles due to grip on the asphalt. The hump on the shoulders and neck serves an aerodynamic function.

For additional comfort during riding, the two-piece Avro 4 suit features wide inserts made of S1 stretch fabric on the inner side of the arms, at the groin, and the back of the legs, as well as Microelastic 2.0 leather inserts on the back and arms, which enhance freedom of movement while providing the protection of leather, along with adjustable zippered ventilation openings on the chest.
