Maximum protection is ensured by composite material protectors at the knees, elbows, and shoulders, as well as soft Pro-Shape 2.0 protectors at the hips, which can be further enhanced with internal pockets for chest protectors. The Avro 4 features removable and replaceable sliders at the knees and interchangeable aluminum plates at the shoulders: a special Dainese technology that supports sliding in the event of a fall and prevents dangerous tumbles due to grip on the asphalt. The hump on the shoulders and neck serves an aerodynamic function.

For added comfort during rides, the two-piece Avro 4 suit includes wide inserts made of S1 stretch fabric on the inner side of the arms, the groin, and the back of the legs, as well as Microelastic 2.0 leather inserts on the back and arms, which increase freedom of movement while providing the protection of leather, along with adjustable zippered ventilation openings on the chest. The aerodynamics and stability of the boots can be maximized by the patented double zipper construction at the leg hem, which widens the lower part and allows for the IN-boot to be secured inside with Velcro.
