Type: Silicone-free release agent for plastic processing. With NSF M1 registration for use with packaging materials in contact with food. Colorless release fluid with high release effectiveness, especially with thermoplastics. Improves the surface quality of PLA (Polylactic Acid), PC (Polycarbonate), PE (Polyethylene), and PP (Polypropylene). Silicone-free, minimized material transfer to the molded parts. Ideal for molded parts that need post-processing (painting, printing, or bonding). High temperature range up to 200°C. Does not cause stress cracks in plastics. NSF registration: Category M1, registration number 155325. Use: As an aid for demolding plastic and rubber parts, especially for packaging materials in the food industry. As a silicone-free lubricant for food technology. Apply a thin, even film to the clean, dry mold. Allow to air briefly until the solvents have evaporated.
