Product details
Biochar made from birch and fir wood, tested and scientifically examined for use in seedbeds and other growing areas. The surface of the activated charcoal attracts a high number of nutrient molecules relative to its size. The slow release of these nutrients to the growing plants ensures food availability.
Biochar is a natural component of the ecosystem and, together with the added microbes, creates optimal conditions for the growth, flowering, and yield of plants. Additionally, the alkalinity of the charcoal reduces the acidity of the soil (pH 10).
- Improves soil structure
- Contains special microbes
- Increases the activity levels of soil organisms
- Stores nutrients and releases them gradually
- High quality standards (EBC, PEFC)
- Improves the soil's water retention capacity
What microbes are included in the bag?
Mycorrhizal inoculant, Bacillus spp, Pseudomonas spp, Rhizobium sp, Azotobacter sp, Chaetomium sp. Organic matter 23%: Algae 22%, Dextrose 1.2%.
What is the mixing ratio with soil?
We recommend a mixing ratio of 1 part biochar to 10 parts soil (10 vol.%).
Can biochar be reused?
Absolutely. Biochar is practically eternal. By adding microbes, you can easily reuse the soil.
How should the product be stored?
In a cool, dry place, at a temperature below 20 ºC.
