Product details
Crimping pliers system Click'n'Crimp is an innovative, patented crimping tool system designed for all common cable connectors. The crimping pliers feature three interchangeable crimping profile inserts, which are securely fixed in the pliers body using a snap-in holder. This allows for quick profile changes in seconds without the need for additional tools. The two press profile inserts not currently in use are conveniently stored in the integrated magazine holders located in the pliers legs. Click'n'Crimp saves time, space, weight, and costs compared to other system crimping pliers or individual tools.
The pliers body is made of 3 mm thick, specially tempered, hardened sheet steel and includes lever transmission for low manual effort. It features an adjustable ratchet mechanism with forced release for standardized crimping pressure and ergonomic 2-component handles. The tool is fully equipped with hardened precise crimping profile inserts for insulated cable lugs (red, blue, yellow, 0.5 mm² to 6 mm²), insulated and non-insulated ferrules (0.5-10 mm²), and non-insulated cable lugs (0.5-10 mm²). The weight, including the three crimping profile inserts, is only 690 g. There is also a replacement profile for shielded 8-pin modular plugs RJ45, type CIMCO for MC 3 plugs.
