Cimco CIM 140228 Insulating Overshoes 300-320mm Gr 43-46

Insulating overshoes (galoshes) are a comfortable alternative to rubber boots. They are suitable for electrical work under voltage indoors on solid surfaces, such as during live meter changes, during cash handling activities, and when working on indoor cable distribution systems. The galoshes serve as an equivalent substitute for site insulation up to 1000 V AC / 1500 V DC. Use in damp conditions, on ladders, and for outdoor work, especially in cable trenches, is not permitted, nor is it allowed for activities where ground faults with other body parts cannot be excluded (e.g., kneeling activities).

Attachment to regular footwear is comfortable and quick via two Velcro straps in the forefoot area and a snap closure in the heel area. The galoshes are type-tested according to DIN EN 50 321, with a sole length of 300-320 mm, suitable for shoe sizes 43-46, and an inner length of 320 mm.
