With the grounding clamp C.A 6416, which comes in its transport case, loop resistances of groundings can be measured quickly. The C.A 6416 is designed for 600 V CAT IV and displays the contact voltage with an alarm for hazardous voltages, providing additional safety during measurements. The use is facilitated by ergonomic innovations: a force-compensating system means that only a small amount of force is needed to keep the clamp open, and an OLED display ensures readability from a 180° angle under all lighting conditions. The automatic pre-HOLD mode when the clamp is open and the automatic calibration of the air gap when voltage is applied ensure optimal evaluation of the values measured with the clamp.
