This means that the artificial turf can easily cope with visitor traffic at trade fairs or in outdoor areas of catering establishments. The tried-and-tested drainage system - consisting of a perforated backing layer and elastic nubs on the underside of the turf carpet - allows rainwater to drain away quickly from both the surface and underneath the artificial turf. This prevents mould from forming and the turf can be used to its full extent again quickly, even after a rain shower.
