Execution: CaraFin diamond polishing tools are single-sided and coated with monocrystalline diamond. The bonded diamond grains provide a significantly higher utilization rate compared to loose diamond grains in polishing pastes. The CaraFin diamond polishing pad (EVA) features an open structure that prevents clogging. Advantage: Downtime for preparation and cleaning, as seen with diamond pastes, is eliminated. Made from high-quality, elastic polyurethane foam. Usage: Manual, contour-accurate final polishing or gloss polishing of polished surfaces of all hard materials and non-ferrous metals. Fast polishing due to high cutting efficiency. Suitable for both wet and dry polishing.
