The CTV-1 face shield is designed for use with the Busch Protective ATR-1 series helmets. It serves as a barrier and protection against mechanical, liquid-chemical, and fundamental physical hazards. The material is made of PC (polycarbonate) or PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) with enhanced thermal performance. The visor has a thickness of 2 mm, is 120 mm long, and has a radius of 113 mm in size H1 and 121.5 mm in size H2. It features a sealing lip and is coated on both sides with an anti-scratch layer. Installation and removal are easy with the SCS (Speed-Connect-System). The product is certified according to EN 14458:2018 and EN166:2002.
