Product details

Typically, a motorhome is equipped with several 230V sockets from the factory. When shore power is connected at the campsite, the integrated charger activates, supplying the interior sockets with shore power. If an inverter is added later, it is desirable to use the same interior sockets to avoid having to install a separate power supply network with its own sockets inside. This is precisely the function of the power switching system. It determines what is supplied to the interior sockets. The priority is always the power from the campsite. When 230V is plugged in, it is passed through. If there is no shore power available, the path is clear for the inverter. Either shore power or inverter.

The MT NU 2300 power switching system is a high-quality switch for sine wave inverters. When 230V shore power is available from the campsite, it is switched through to the interior sockets via the power switching system. If there is no shore power, the power switching system connects the inverter to the sockets.

The following connection options are available on the MT NU 2300:
• Input (230V) mains/shore power
• Inverter input (230V)
• Output to interior sockets (230V)
