Manufactured according to DIN 3120 / ISO 1174, this very robust telescopic reversible ratchet mechanism offers high power transmission with minimal effort. It is economical and versatile, extendable up to 20 cm for loosening or tightening screws and nuts. The right/left rotation is reversible via a lever, and it features a push-button release. The return angle is 5°.

The Brilliant Tools telescopic reversible ratchet BT020996 has a 1/4" (6.3 mm) square drive designed for use with sockets and adapters that comply with DIN 3120 / ISO 1174 standards and include a ball retention groove. The telescopic shaft can be locked in three positions by operating the ring lock, allowing for variable adjustment of the ratchet length between 15 – 20 cm. Metric screws can also be handled in tight spaces, thanks to the ratchet function with a fine tooth spacing of 72 teeth and a return angle of 5°.

By flipping a lever, the handy ratchet can be set for either right or left rotation. The push-button release allows for quick and convenient attachment or detachment of sockets and extensions while preventing accidental disconnection. The two-component handle is equipped with a hanging hole, and the surface has a matte chrome finish.
