For use on construction sites in accordance with DGUV 203-006 (formerly BGI 608) and for permanent outdoor use, the mobile personal protection switch Professional PRCD-S ADVANCED offers a reliable and robust solution to protect the user when using electrical devices connected to unknown outlets. Cables with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² or 2.5 mm² and a cable diameter of 8-14 mm can be connected. Safety is further enhanced by improved testing for the interruption of the protective conductor from about 1 kΩ, glove detection (the device cannot be switched on in case of a fault even with insulating gloves), and the comprehensive function test that checks the entire signal chain from protective conductor monitoring to the RCD switching function.
