The newly designed, innovative key mechanism offers significantly more specific keying options than a conventional security lock while providing a secure and reliable lockout solution. The specially designed locking mechanism is insulated and non-conductive, ensuring that employees are protected from electrical shocks when using the lock. The locking mechanism consists of 6 precision-engineered steel cylinder profiles, supporting a high number of different keying configurations and providing maximum resistance to tampering. The lightweight padlocks are impact-resistant and resistant to temperature, chemicals, and corrosion. Their non-conductive, spark-free housing features a ribbed surface for excellent grip and easy handling. The keys and lock housing are color-coded for quick and easy identification during use.
