Boxtec Anchor stirrer

Optimal and versatile for bitumen thick coatings, bitumen seals, extremely viscous materials like bitumen and bitumen-like masses, as well as seals with bitumen. Perfectly suited for mixing heavy and viscous materials, such as 1K or 2K bitumen thick coatings, for highly viscous bituminous fillers and seals.

The anchor mixer with 4 attached hooks or anchors mixes the specified materials perfectly. Clumping is prevented. The arrangement of the hooks, made of round steel, ensures optimal mixing and achieves the desired mixing result.

The model BR4 AR (bitumen mixer, anchor mixer) has a diameter of 140 mm and is suitable for all common mixing machines with an M14 internal connection. The whisk is simply screwed in. M14 connection, 600 mm length, and high-quality galvanization.

A high-quality galvanization optimally protects the mixing whisk. The anchors or 4 hooks made of round steel operate gently, quietly, and securely, without scratching the bucket or construction container with the mixing rod.

Due to its effective design, the BOXTEC bitumen mixer or anchor mixer can be used with very viscous materials with high adhesion and is characterized by high mixing efficiency, especially at higher speeds of the mixing machine. A horizontal mixing effect is developed. The tool is easy to clean.
